Easter weekend filled with egg hunts and festivities this weekend in Idaho

Easter is on Sunday, and there is plenty to do this weekend if you want to participate in the season's spirit.

The Easter Egg-Stravaganza in Nampa is an egg huntand festival promising fun-filled moments for everyone. There will bean abundance of Easter-themed festivities, food from Kanak Attack and Stella's Ice Cream, music from My102.7 and other activities.

The event is set for Saturday at 10 a.m. at1304 7th Street N. in Nampa.

Another Easter Egg-Stravaganza will be held in Meridianon Saturday at 10 a.m. at 3801 East Hill Park Street.

The Middleton Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. and features over 6,000 eggs.Bring your camera and grab a photo with the Easter Bunny.

There will be grand prizes and more for each age group: ages zero to 5th grade. The event will be held at Foote Park, 432 N. Middleton Rd., in Middleton.

The Capital Community Egg Hunt at Kleiner Park in Meridian will have free admission on Saturday. The event features 150,000 stuffed eggs and prizes, including Boise State Bronco Football season tickets for giveaway.

The event is free and starts at 10:30 p.m.

The 2024 Special Needs Easter Egg Hunt is Easter fun designed especially for families impacted by disabilities and is scheduled for Saturday at 1281 W. Avalon St. in Kuna.

The event will occur at the Kuna Naz Campus at 1281 W. Avalon St. from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Community Easter Egg Hunt at Storey Park in Meridian will have inflatables, face painting, a mechanical bull, food trucks, cotton candy, popcorn, a live DJ and more. Egg hunts will be every thirty minutes and split into four age groups, including a special egg hunt for those with special needs.

The event is scheduled for 3-5 p.m.

Join the community in Caldwell on Saturday for the annual Canyon County Law Enforcement Foundation Easter Egg Hunt at Justice Park.The event starts at 3 p.m. and is open to children ages 12 and under. There will be free hot dogs, prizes and a special appearance from the Easter Bunny.

Justice Park is at 111 N. 11th Ave. in Caldwell.
