NAMPA, Idaho (CBS2) — A new industrial park is coming to the Nampa area.
Located just north of Karcher Road near the Northside interchange in Nampa, the new Madison Logistics Center consists of three separate 115,000-square-feet buildings on 20 acres of land.
The 345,000 square-foot industrial park will be located between Cherry Lane and Birch Lane in Nampa.
According to Denton Kelley, managing principal of LDK Ventures, the location was strategically plotted to serve one of the fastest-growing areas in the country, sitting just 20 minutes from the Boise Airport and less than 1.5 miles away from two I-84 interchanges.
“Our team is excited about the possibilities the Madison Logistic Center holds for the Nampa community,” Kelley said. “Our hope is that, as with our other projects here, it will continue to attract more businesses to the area and further position Nampa as an industrial hub and excellent place to do business.”
