Mysterio recently shared his training regimen on social media, which has helped him continue wrestling at the highest level.
The L.W.O. leader took to Instagram to reveal that he seized the chance to rejuvenate his body through stem cell therapy. On July 17, Rey Mysterio visited the RejuvStem clinic in Cancun, Mexico, to address pain in his wrists, knees, and shoulders. He admitted that after 32 days of treatment, he was completely pain-free. Other stars like Sami Zayn and Ivar also went there for their respective treatments.
On the latest episode of Raw, the 49-year-old legend returned along with the rest of the L.W.O. to oppose the new Judgment Day. Soon after, a brawl broke out, setting up an 8-man tag team match. In the final moments of the match, when it seemed Rey was about to secure the victory with a splash, Liv Morgan intervened and helped Dominik Mysterio defeat him once again.
